Information about the drug:
Indications:
It is intended for treatment of various diseases of a staphylococcal aetiology at children and adults. Special notes: It is a concentrated solution of the purified fraction of the antibodies educed from blood of donors.
Dosage:
It is introduced intramuscularly in the upper external quadrant of a gluteus.
Before an injection ampoules with a medication are matured within 2 hours at a room temperature (20 ± 2) °С.
Opening of ampoules and introduction procedure are carried out at strict observance of asepsis and antiseptics rules.
In order to avoid scumming a medication is filled into a syringe with a wide gleam needle.
The medication in the opened ampoule is not subject to storage.
The medication dose and repetition factor of its introduction depends on: at the generalized staphylococcosis the minimum single dose makes 5 IU of antialfastafilolizin per 1 kg of a body mass (for children under 5 years the single medication dose should be not less than 100 IU); at the localized diseases the minimum single dose makes not less than 100 IU. The course of treatment consists of 3 - 5 injections spent daily or every other day, depending on the heaviness sickness and therapeutic effect.
Contraindications
There are contraindications of human staphylococcal immunoglobulin usage for people who had serious allergic reactions on the human blood medications in the anamnesis.
In cases of a serious sepsis the only contraindication for medication usage is anaphylactic shock at introduction of human blood medications in the anamnesis.
The persons, suffering from allergic diseases or taking place in the anamnesis clinically expressed allergic reactions, in day of antibody introduction and during subsequent 8 days are not recommended the prescription of antihistaminic medications.
The persons, suffering from immune-associated systemic diseases (blood disease, conjunctive tissue disease, nephritis etc.) the medication is should be introduced during proper therapy.
Side effects
Reactions to antibody introduction, as a rule, are absent. Seldom there can be local reactions in the form of hyperemia and high temperature up to 37,5 °С within the first days after the medication introduction.
Some people with modified reactivity can have allergic reactions of different types and in extraordinary cases - anaphylactic shock, in this connection people who had been injected, had to be under medical observation within 30 minutes after the injection.
Places of carrying out of inoculations should be provided with the means of antishock therapy. Antibody introduction is registered in the set registration forms with manufacturer name, number of a series, manufacture date, shelf life, date of a dose introduction, a dose and reaction to introduction.

Special precautions:
The drug is forbidden to take if an ampoules integrity or their marking is damaged, physical properties are changed (turbidity, color shift, unbrokening flakes), after the expired shelf life and at the wrong storage conditions.
